The enforcement action to revoke the license or registration is final, and the program may no longer operate. “Revoked” means OCFS took action to rescind the license or registration to operate the child day care program. “Renewal denied” means the application to renew the license or registration to operate the child day care program was denied, the license or registration was permitted to expire, and the enforcement action to deny the application of the program to renew the license or registration is final.
